The hardest and most rewarding day. An exhausting climb through steep boulder fields and glacial debris to reach Animal Pass at 15,000 ft. Views of the Kullu Makalu and Papsura peaks are immense. Return to base camp.

After returning to Barshaini, you can hike up the opposite side of the valley to soak your tired muscles in the natural hot springs of Kheerganga.
