Essential Planning Guide
Vibe & Scenery
The Parmar Valley Trail explores a lesser-known alpine valley near the Jalori Pass and Shoja region of Himachal Pradesh. Following traditional grazing routes used by local shepherds, the trail winds through forests before opening onto broad meadows and rolling mountain ridges.
Throughout the journey, trekkers experience seasonal wildflowers, expansive grasslands, and uninterrupted views across the surrounding Himalayan ranges. The landscape retains a strong pastoral character, with summer grazing camps continuing to play an important role in the valley.
Suitable for hikers seeking quieter mountain trails, the Parmar Valley Trail offers an excellent combination of natural scenery, traditional mountain culture, and relatively uncrowded trekking.
