Drive Rishikesh to Devgram (Urgam Valley)
A very long drive from Rishikesh along the Alaknanda river. You pass through Srinagar and Chamoli before reaching Helang. From Helang, a steep, narrow road takes you into the lush Urgam valley, terminating at the beautiful village of Devgram.

🛕 Reach Bansi Narayan Temple
The trek begins ascending through the village apple orchards and into a thick, ancient forest of oak, pine, and rhododendron. The climb is continuous and steep in sections. Eventually, you break the tree line and arrive at the vast alpine meadows where the ancient stone Bansi Narayan temple stands. Camp nearby.

Return to Devgram
