A short but incredibly steep ascent. The trail winds through ancient Himalayan Birch forests, quickly gaining altitude. Emerging above the tree line, you arrive at the isolated plateau of Chasak Bhatori. The afternoon is spent exploring the monastery and interacting with the Bhot locals.
